Betacon Construction, Inc. is a full service General Contractor/ Construction Manager specializing in commercial and municipal construction. The company was founded in 2000 by its two owners, Thomas Conklin and Patrick Beatty. Both partners come to the table with over twenty four years of construction experience as well as college degrees in the construction field. Between both partners, Betacon posssess hands on experience in the trades as well as office and managerial experience.

Tom handles the inside operations. He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. Prior to forming Betacon Construction, Tom worked in the large commercial market estimating and managing projects in the multi-million dollar range. He has extensive experience in working with local municipalities to secure site approval and building permits. Tom himself has been a member of the Town of East Bloomfield Planning Board for the past 18 years.

Patrick is a graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College with an Associates Degree in Welding Technology. In addition, Patrick is also a journeyman carpenter, having completed a four-year apprenticeship program with the Carpenter's Union. Prior to forming Betacon Construction, Patrick was the lead foreman for a large commercial drywall and acoustic company in the downstate area. Patrick brings with him a wealth of hands on field experience.
